New Payment Process

I will no longer be an in-network provider with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Payment will be due at the time of service

I will no longer bill your insurance directly for speech therapy services. Payment will be due at the time of service.

I will share any paperwork that you need for reimbursement available over the client portal in SimplePractice. The paperwork necessary for reimbursement will depend on your personal health plan and what they require, some documents they may require are: invoices, statements for reimbursement (also known as a “superbill”), treatment notes, etc.

Let’s work together on a plan moving forward

I am aware that out-of-network services may be reimbursed different (either partial or full reimbursement depending on your health plan and out-of-network deductible) than in-network services and I will work with you to come up with a plan for how to continue our partnership.

If we talk through our options and can't come up with a solution, I will help you find a new provider.

What will the new session rates be?

Starting February 1, 2026, payment will be due at the time of service. My rates are:

  • In-person visits: $125/45-minute or $140/60-minutes

  • Virtual visits: $100/45-minute, $125/60-minute

  • $300 for a comprehensive speech and language evaluation, virtual or in-person

My focus remains on supporting your child’s progress, and I am here to answer any questions and walk you through the new process.
